How much does Citadel Cost?
We charge a monthly membership fee which becomes less expensive depending on the level of out of hours cover you require.. For unlimited access to all our services we will charge you from £19 per month. Look at our service plans to find out more.

There are no large up front fees to pay. A small registration fee of £20 is payable when you join and will be taken with your first month's payment. All prices are subject to VAT.

How do I pay for Citadel?
Payment is handled by secure direct debit which is a safe and convenient method by which you can make payment of your Citadel membership.

What do i get for my money?
Once you've joined you can use our online resources and Helpline services without restrictions and at no further cost, no matter how often or how many services you use. This means complete access to our risk assessments, safety policies, toolkits, training materials and of course, competent health and safety advice whenever you need it.

Can I use the Citadel Partnership as our appointed Health and Safety advisors?
Yes - this forms part of our service at no extra charge.

Do you provide Health and Safety Training?
The Citadel Safety Partnership does not provide Health and Safety Training Services, nor do we have any affiliations with training providers. This means that we can offer unbiased, impartial advice on training for you and your organisation.

What if i don't feel comfortable creating my own risk assessments?
With our online tutorial video, we will take you through completing your first risk assessment step by step. Our risk assessment wizard is amazingly simple to use - and of course this is backed up by our technical support team so whenever needed help is only a phone call or email away.

How easy is it to create my own risk assessments / documents?
Our documents are produced by Health and Safety professionals. Our easy to use software enables someone, even with limited experience to create an effective, compliant health and safety document in seconds.

What if I don't understand what to do?
We have a great online tutorial to take you through the Citadel toolkits, just sit back and follow the on screen instructions.

Does somebody come out to visit our offices?
No - our services are provided online and by telephone. This dramatically reduces the costs of our services and means that you can access Health and Safety advice 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Are there any hidden costs when i join Citadel?
There are no hidden costs to join the Citadel Partnership. Our policy is to offer an excellent service for an excellent price and we will continue to use this approach because it is a fair and open way to do business with you.

What if the Citadel toolkit doesn't have the document that i need?
We update our safety toolkits constantly with updated and improved documentation which reflect the latest Health and Safety Regulations. If you can't find the document you need then you can contact us with a new document request. This will be created for you within 24 hours and at no extra charge.
